Today someone asked me why is it that this practice, this process, this discipline of QuintessentialYou is so inspiring…. why it has me….. why so infinitely engaging and fulfilling across all yearnings and challenges? It took me back, but only momentarily because after all, what could be more inspiring, more infinitely interesting and curiousity-satisfying than witnessing life evolving through our own unique experience?  What could be more fulfilling than collaborating with the organic trajectory of individual expression when and as it occurs?  Is there anything better than following the practical vibrancy of what resonates internally to take the ‘next indicated action’ externally?  If there is, I haven’t found it and this has happily found me.
