What is the Potential of my Essence?

The Potential of my Essence is Form – form that emerges from formless essence.  This makes sense to me.  It is how expression occurs.

100 years ago visionaries were discussing this idea and promoting its application in human life.  In 1910, in his premier book, The Science of Getting Rich, Wallace Wattles writes, ‘The spaces in, through, and between the forms of the visible universe are permeated and filled with the Original Substance; with the formless Stuff; with the raw material of all things.  The universe of forms has been made by Formless Living Substance, throwing itself into form in order to express itself more fully.’

This potential of essence to emerge form is true for EveryBody and EveryThing.  It is not exclusive to some elite group of people who have some enhanced understanding.  Instead, it is a discipline inherent in you and me.  It is a Practice – a power that is our Potential.

Each of us expresses this PracticePotential distinctly from every other.  It is in our cells.  We know it at the level of resonance and from here, we can access, articulate, and learn to yield to this exquisite EssenceExpression we each are.

Potential is a living thing – a Practice here and now – PracticePotential.

We are our PracticePotential in continual development.  There is no waiting.  Its movement, evolvement and actualization are in constant play  – an ordinary every day occurrence.   In our successes and our failures, PracticePotential is Being becoming.  It is the infinite effect of cooperation between individual and universal –  the actualization of  form and the form of actualization in the world.  In continuous movement, PracticePotential is the process of collaboration for InfiniteFulfillment.

What truths & beliefs compete for my recognition & acceptance?

I would sum up the truths and beliefs that compete for my recognition and acceptance as my personal versions of three polarities common to our humanity.

The first truth/belief competition is recognized in the pull between the essence of life at large and me.  Life is Universal – I am Individual.  When I am thrown by circumstances and conditions, yearning for cooperation with my plans, I forget that Life is Universal and experience ‘I am Individual’ as  personal to me.

The second truth/belief that competes for my recognition and acceptance appears most often in relationships…. with things, with people, with EveryBody and EveryThing I hold as ‘other’.  Life is Integrating – I am Separating.  When I am upset or challenged by something or someone, I  resist that Life is Integrating and react with ‘I am Separating’ in an effort to isolate and segregate myself from who and what emerges.

The third truth/belief competition shows up in my world, in the actions I take and the things that are important to me.  Life is Perfect – I am Flawed.  If I hold that I am arbritrary – not the source – to my conditions, circumstances, and things, I overlook the exquisiteness, simplicity, and impeccability inherent in every form evident in my world.

Though each of us express the truths and beliefs that compete for our recognition and acceptance differently, they exist in this triad: You For You, You With Other, You In World.

Just as we have Intentions and Wants, there are a set of truths that we each hold about life and beliefs we hold about ourselves.  These truths and beliefs are the lens through which we create our circumstances, source our experience and take action…. whether we are conscious of them or not.

The beliefs we hold about ourselves motivate choices that may not be conscious.  In EveryBody and Everything, relationship to these compelling forces stimulates our Drivers.  These Drivers focus energy on pursuit of pre-determined finite results that we believe will satisfy our Wants.

The truths we hold about life illuminate choices that are conscious.   In EveryBody and EveryThing, relationship to these basic essential qualities determines our Principles.  Principles expand opportunity for open-ended infinite evolvement designed to fulfill our Intentions.

Any attempt to fix or escape our Drivers and the circumstances that have them present is futile.  On the other hand, recognition of them and a willingness to experience them fully under these same conditions softens and integrates them with their partner Principles.

What pure Desire is magnetizing the Essence & Expression of me?

As I lived our InfiniteFulfillment question this week, the earthquake hit Haiti.  In Canada, we saw our governor general weep openly for her homeland.  People and governments rallied to begin the effort it will take first, to rescue and then to rebuild.

I could sit back and render myself helpless, watch the news and hope and pray for those people far from where I live.  Or, I can quietly listen in for that pure Desire that is magnetizing Essence and Expression of me to take this moment’s form.  Though I may not be continually present to it, I recognize the Desire that all the world’s inhabitants have abundance and prosperity in living, in community, in contribution.

I can respond to this Desire in my own small and quiet way.  From this perspective of pure Desire, I invite you to take action for yourSelf.  Beginning, proceeding, or completing – wherever you are in the process of discovery of your QuintessentialYou Blueprint, I invite you to take the next small step.  When you do, QYou will step with you.  Between now and the middle of February, we will donate 20% of every fee for service to a registered charity working for Haiti relief.

Simultaneously, we are fulfilling universal Intention and individual Want.  These two are linked – Intention – the work of Essence and Want – the pull of Expression.  Our Wants are the demands we put on Intentions.  In our humanity, there is no escaping this relationship.  Between the two, we hold the tension and the space in which Potential can do its work.  In Essence, we source clarity.  In Expression, application is generated.  Pure Desire lives between these – the one and only factor that elegantly magnetizes the two.

InfiniteFulfillment Week 16/52 Check-In: What Is The Offering You Bring To Every Circumstance?

What is the offering I bring to every circumstance?

I lived that question this week.  I listened to what was being said in my environment and activities and I watched what showed up around me.  No matter my very human changes in disposition or my movement from concern and worry to contentment and peace, I am there – wherever I go, in whatever circumstance arises.

So what do I bring to every condition?  I am – we each are – fulfillment in every event and circumstance.  If I was languaging what I consistently bring, what would it be?  What would others say I bring?  In touch with that place inside that is quintessential me, I have access to this eternal and constant offering.  What is that constancy?  It stands in combination with all the elements that make us who we are – part of our essential Self and the wisdom we each embody.

Is it integrity?  Presence?  Validation?  Insight?  Goodness?  Is this offering in the light or hiding in the proverbial dark?  Whatever it is, it is distinguishable for each one of us.  My cells resonate and settle in integrity.

Each one of us is the mystery of life embodied.  We are both all the same and completely unique from one another.  We witness individual expression in the world – in our homes and families, our career and work environments, in what we choose as play and pleasure – in every tiny idiosyncrasy that gives  our common form individuality in the landscape of humanity.

This is an obvious and often heard conversation.  Talk of Life as entity in and of ItSelf, as Source, Potential and Mystery is less familiar.  Life continuously unfolding ItSelf  through us puts a different spin on existence.  In this context, every movement of one calls forward the movement of all.

We are both Skill and Capacity in the world.  Through each seemingly personal circumstance and application of Skill, the universal condition and realization of Capacity is impacted……… individually and collectively.

Every combination of Skill and Capacity is required.  At the level of resonance,  these elements are not separate.  There, in the cells of our being each of us knows our SkillCapacity integration.  We have the words that reveal and articulate this integration.  The doorway opens through experience.  Through feeling, it arises, emerges and makes itself available for recognition and articulation.

What do you love doing?  What experience do you relish?  What outcome is always produced through you?  These are the inquiries that weave  the constant, always present offering that is the SkillCapacity of you.
